KAHLAN'S SILK AND LACE WEDDINGDRESS FROM EPISODE 221 OF THE TELEVISION SERIES
LEGEND OF THE SEEKER WORN BY BRIDGET REGAN. ONLY ONE KAHLAN WEDDING COSTUME WAS MADE- THIS IS IT! This stunning wedding dress was designed and made for the character Kahlan played by Bridget Regan in Legend of the Seeker for her wedding to Richard in Ep 221. Beautifully constructed by the Legend of the Seeker Costume Department from quality silk and lace in a delicate palette of very pale pink, cream and gold, the dress is romantic, elegant and detailed. 1. Corset: Delicate pink and gold lace has been layered over heavy silk satin with hand stitched pearl and silk flowers added around the neckline and shoulders. The corset features flattering lines with spiral boning encased in silk with pale pink silk ribbon lacing down the centre back.. The same ribbon has been used for the sash which supports a spray of silk flowers. 2. Skirt: The matching silk skirt has swathes of lace and silk draped across the front and lifted at the back to fall in a long train. 3. Earrings: Gold drops with pearl detail. 4. Shoes: Soft leather flats. Unfortunately the circlet Kahlan wore in her hair is not available.
